Return and Refund Policy

1. OVERVIEW

Pepbliss (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing excellent customer service. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through our platform.

This policy is designed to comply with applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Rules, 2021.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

Standard Return Period: 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery


3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

To be eligible for return, products must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Product must be unused and unworn
  • Original product tags must be intact and attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations

4. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED (Non-Returnable Items)

The following categories of items are NOT eligible for returns

  1. Custom/Personalized Products: Special orders, custom-made items, or products made to customer specifications
  2. Damaged/Torn Apparel: Items that are visibly torn, damaged, stained, or have been washed/altered
  3. Discounted/Sale Items: Products purchased at a discounted price or during clearance sales.
  4. Items without proof of purchase: Products returned without receipt or proof of purchase documentation
 

5. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Request Authorization

  • Contact our customer service team at sales@pepbliss.com to request a return authorization
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We will respond to your request within 2 business days
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will NOT be accepted

Step 2: Return Shipping

  • Upon approval, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions
  • Return shipping cost: ₹70.00 flat rate (prepaid by Pepbliss)
  • No restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Package your item securely and affix the provided shipping label

Step 3: Inspection and Approval

  • Upon receipt, we will inspect your return within 5-7 business days
  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection status
  • If approved, refund processing will begin
  • If rejected, we will explain the reason and discuss alternative options
 

6. REFUND TERMS

Refund Timeline

  • Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please note: Your bank or financial institution may take an additional 5-7 business days to process the refund in your account

Refund Status

  • If more than 15 (fifteen) business days have passed since approval and refund has not been credited, please contact us immediately at sales@pepbliss.com

Refund Amount

  • Full refund will be issued minus any applicable payment gateway charges (if applicable)
  • Return shipping cost (₹70.00) 
  • No deductions for restocking or handling fees
 

7. EXCHANGES

Pepbliss does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item through the standard return process
  2. Once your return is approved and the item is received, place a separate new order for the desired item
  3. You will receive your refund within 10 business days from approval
  4. Use the refund to purchase the replacement item
 

8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Inspect immediately upon receipt of your order
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@pepbliss.com with photographs of the defect
  3. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  4. We will assess the damage and provide instructions for return/replacement
  5. For confirmed defects, we will provide a prepaid return label
  6. Replacement or refund will be processed at no cost to you
  7. If any damaged / defective/exchange/replacement products are inspected and accepted, then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Exchange will be done within 7days.
 

9. EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CASES

Warranty Claims

If your product qualifies for warranty coverage (if applicable), please contact us separately for warranty-specific procedures.

Items Lost in Transit

If your returned item is lost in transit, please contact us with tracking information. We will investigate and work with the shipping carrier for resolution.

Refuse to Accept Returns

Pepbliss reserves the right to refuse returns for:

  • Items purchased more than 7 days 
  • Items clearly used or damaged
  • Items without proper packaging or tags removed
  • Items sent without prior authorization
 

10. CONSUMER RIGHTS INFORMATION

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Rules, 2021. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to:

  • Local Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission
  • Your nearest District Consumer Court
  • National Consumer Redressal Commission

The information provided in this policy is for general guidance. In case of conflict between this policy and applicable Indian laws, the statutory requirements under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other relevant laws shall prevail.
